C9 started their regular season of the NALCS in last place which was a heavy blow to the team, which is normally prosperous. The managers decided to shake things up and bench the normal starting 3 players of the team and give them a break for a couple games and let them reflect on their bad performance. This made the players extremely nervous but they rolled with the decision. After the plan was enacted the Team went on a huge eight game win streak and went from 12th place to 2nd and looked like a dangerous team again.
